Master movie maker James Cameron has announced release dates for four sequels to Avatar, the highest grossing movie of all time which was released in 2009. The movie grossed over $2.78 billion in the box office which made Avatar, the world’s highest-grossing film.
Since then we are hearing news that the sequel of Avatar will be coming soon and there were reports that the second part will be having so many underwater scenes and all. Now after almost eight years an official announcement has been made from them. The news about the sequel was posted in the official Avatar movie Facebook page. As per the post Avatar 2 will hit box office on December 18th, 2020. And this is not the end they have also declared about the third, fourth and fifth part of the movie too which will be released on December 17th 2021, December 20th 2024, and December 19th 2025 respectively. About the cast Sam Worthington, Zoe Saldana, Sigourney Weaver and Stephen Lang returning to their roles as the same played by them in the first movie.
In an interview given by James Cameron he said that he has already completed the scripting of Avatar 5 and as per him all sequel of this epic movie will be as beautiful as the first part.
