How was the birth of Dreampad?
In college I was blessed to meet a few guys who shared my way of thinking. Nikhil,Jino,Nyjil and later Austin. We all wanted to make a difference at least in a small way. I used to visit the kids at the Mother and Child Foundation, Thodupuzha as often as possible. One day I decided to take the guys along with me to just spend some time with the kids. They loved them and instantly wanted to do something to help the children and make them smile. We then all sat down, discussed a few ideas, went through the pros and cons and finally came up with the concept of The Dreampad. It was all pretty smooth and just happened from there. We then all went and spent a lot of time with the children, asked them to write down their dreams for us and then went on to post them one by one on our pages. Before we knew more people interested in helping out joined in. It was a slow but beautiful journey from then on.
