
Shweta never thought that it will do any good for the problem which she is facing, but taking her to a surprise an officer from Hindustan pencils Pvt Ltd called her and understood the problem that her left handed daughter is facing. Normally when we mail such kind of complaints to a company, the maximum we can get is an apology mail from the respective customer care team, but the gesture shown by Hindustan pencils was really very cute and helpful. The company within a weeks’ time designed a customized pencil sharpener with the help of their R&D team and manufactured a sharpener which can be used by the left handers. Shweta received five sharpeners at her home made especially for her girl with love and care from the people of Hindustan pencils. The company also assured that they will hereafter manufacture more of this and will launch in the market, through their reply letter along with the sharpener which was couriered.

The attitude shown by Hindustan pencils on helping their customer and solving the issue in the sweetest way possible is something which the corporate companies should learn from. A customer is small or big it’s the money given them which pays the salary of even the CEO of the company.
