What you learned academically?

I’m basically a commerce graduate and currently pursuing interior designing, five more months to get passed out :).I love baking and chocolate making so once I started baking, have attended few chocolate classes at Pune.

When you started cake making?

Cake business was actually the second step as initially, I started with chocolate making which was really going well for 1-1.5 years. Gradually clients started asking for cake, some of my friends too suggested on starting making cakes.  Later, with their push and support I got into cake baking. At first I started it in a slow phase, like I just made 2 to 3 cakes in a time span of 2 to 3 months of time and the reason for this was that i couldn’t attend any professional cake baking classes. I was exploring and learning myself to bake cakes, by referring YouTube and other recipe books. This slowly took my interest and that’s how both came up has a business.
