Food to see you I did right after cookery shows, it was a wonderful experience to be in the role of an anchor as you just need to talk and no need to do cooking, exploring new places, tasting different genres of food, food habits, meeting many master chefs from various star hotels like Le Meridian, Crown plaza and many more. I learned and still learning a lot of things from them like strategy of cooking, new techniques, the way of chopping, food presentation are definitely some of the best things that I got to learn.
You published a book with 100 cake recipe which is something not that common, so why cakes?
“Cake and muffin” is not just about cakes it includes frostings and cup cakes too.
