It was a testing time for many industries and things started becoming better since the vaccine was made available slowly we are learning to live with the virus with a belief “No matter what happens the show must go on!!!”The Dubai Expo 2020, was the stage opener for the international events since the pandemic strike up on us. Expo 2020 was Originally scheduled during 20 October 2020 to 10 April 2021, it was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Starting from 1st October 2021 to 31 March 2022, with participation from over 192 countries, Expo 2020 is one of the biggest events happening in world after the lockdown.
Along with the food, culture, art,business etc each of the participating countries get the opportunity to feature their entertainment extravaganza. Artists like AR Rahman, Atif Aslam, Armin van Burren, Dimitri Vegas, Vini Vici, Black eyed peas, Alicia Keys are few of the prominent artists featured for the live entertainment events at Expo 2020.There is an old saying that we are familiar with , whichever corner of world you go, you can find a Malayali and that saying became true when that stage where so many legends have performed was taken over by a DJ Savyo from our very own Kochi and thus becoming the First South Indian DJ and the fourth Indian DJ to perform on the Jubilee stage of Expo 2020 Dubai.DJ Savyo was featured as part of the Hit music festival which is told to be world’s biggest South Indian festival as per Khaleej Times Hit music festival was held on Jan 22nd from 6:30 pm to 1:15 am featuring around 15 artists.
