We live in a country where there is no safety for woman, and still we are fighting for the welfare of Cows and Dogs, Is the government we selected standing for animals rather than the citizens who voted for them.
The ban has been imposed on many states without considering the opinions from the state leaders and many of the state leaders like Kerala has already opposed this move by the PM which is politically biased.
Considering about Kerala, which is one of the major meat consumers in the country. Its not just the matter of food for them but it also gives employment to more than 5 lakh people. Once this order is practiced then many will loose their livelihood.
As per the records by US department of agriculture, India ranks second in the beef exporting market and this is almost 20 percent of the total meat production. So all this years India was selling the beef to nearby countries and making money now all of a sudden when BJP came into rule they are pushing a ban on it.
